Responsibilities:

• Lead food safety initiatives
• Control labor & food costs
• Work closely with restaurant Owner/Operator and Leadership Team
• Lead a team of 8-12 cooks 
• Train and coach new employees
• Address guest and employee complaints

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old (required)

• 3+ year of service industry experience preferred

• 1+ year of management experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Organized and team-oriented 

• Demonstrate a Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s Mission and Values
