The Chick-fil-A Clairemont Team is looking for a motivated and passionate culinary leader to help further the goals of the restaurant. This leader would go through a 1 to 3 month training period where they will learn about the Chick-fil-A brand and how to have an impact on the success of a multi-million dollar organization in the Clairemont community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and feedback to Team Members

• Assign and delegate responsibilities to Team Members

• Demonstrate mastery in all areas of operations to train and coach new employees

• Address guest and employee complaints

• Maintain EXCELLENT food safety standards

• Communicate clearly with all staff

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old (required)

• 3+ year of service industry experience preferred

• 1+ year of management experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Organized and team-oriented 

• Demonstrate a Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s Mission and Values
